Registration fee is non-refundable. No on-site/ last minute registration, as this will delay and disturb our whole schedule of the events.

Please submit your registration form & fees before the closing date to your coach, or send your registration form email or whatsapp and made payment before collecting your time-sheet and your stacker number on the event date.

Part of fees collected will contribute to organizer Competition Funding. We appreciate your support to this sport.

Stacker can be use Any branding of Cups in this events organized by ISSF Malaysia.

All results are taken by the Judge(s) on the spot. Any disputes are declared to be final by Head Judge.

Translation if discrepancies English version shall prevail. The tournament if imperfections, the organizer reserve the rights to add or delete, without prior notice.

I agree to display positive behavior and good sportsmanship. In addition,
A) I am Granting the ISSF Malaysia, and their affiliate’s permission to film and record my likeness, appearance, image, name and/or voice in any media. Such film and/or recording may be sold or used for promotional, broadcast, or other purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity;
B) Verifying that my date of birth and citizenship are accurate;
C) Verifying that I reside in the State/Province/Country state above. The consideration I am to receive for my granting such rights is the right for me to participate in this tournament event.
The rights of the organizers

The Organizers reserve the right to repudiate the registration of any participant (s) or team (s), at its discretion -Participant (s) has to sign a declaration confirming that the information provided are true. False information will render the entry disqualified at the discretion of the Organizers.

Participants are solely responsible for their valuables during the event.

The Organizers are not responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered by the participants and all persons attending this event.

The Organizers reserve the right to cancel any events if there is insufficient participation.

Any changes or cancellation to the program of the competition, replacement or substitution of the prizes will be done at the Organizers ’discretion without prior notice.

The decision of the head judges shall be final and the Organizers will not entertain any disputes, complains or correspondence.

All personal particulars and information stated in the entry form and any information supplied by the participants may be used by the Organizers for the purpose of promotion, marketing and publicity. The participants consent to the disclosure by the organizers of such personal information and particulars to third parties, including but not limited to the Organizers, journalists, judges and sponsors.

The Organizers reserve the right to use any photographs or videos/films taken during the event for use exclusively in the organizers ’marketing and publicity materials and website, without obtaining further consent from the participants.

The Organizers shall be the sole authority for the interpretation of these rules and regulations.

The Organizers ’decision shall be final and binding.

The Organizers reserve the rights to change, amend or withdraw any of the rules and regulations stipulated without prior notice.
